Instead of drinking away difficult emotions, go for a walk in nature to recharge your soul! Instead of mellowing out with marijuana, take a long hot bath. There are plenty of ways to calm yourself or sooth troubles that don’t rely on harmful drugs. You can do this!

Explained to a friend your reasons for avoiding tobacco or marijuana? Celebrate! There is nothing wrong with pumping yourself up when you’re on a hard journey. It can help you to keep a positive mindset and to have good self care. We believe in you! Celebrate the small victories.

Are you a tobacco user? You may want to find a program to quit smoking / dipping / etc. ASAP. Prolongued tobacco use can lead to addiction to the nicotine present in the drug as well as many types of cancers, emphysema, etc. Take charge of your health today and stop your tobacco use!
