It’s easy to find yourself surrounded by a group of friends who may have different goals for themselves than you do. This can be great in some ways. Diversity among your friend group is usually a plus! But sometimes, different goals in life can mean the difference between healthy mindsets and harmful habits. Are you caving to peer pressure?

It can be really easy to go along with the crowd and with what is popular. But is that really what’s best for YOU? This week, we wanted to encourage you to take a hard look at your life. What are you doing with it? Are you participating in activities that are harmful to your health like alcohol and other drug abuse? Are you just going with the flow of the crowd? We hope you’ll disengage from the activities that are harmful to your health for your sake and for the sake of being a good example to others.
