It is no secret that driving while under the influence is a terrible idea. Driving while intoxicated can lead to automobile accidents that can prove fatal. It can mean running into pedestrians or public property. The rule of thumb should be, if you’ve had something to drink, have a designated driver take you home just to be on the safe side.
