Going without alcohol doesn’t need to be a sad, gloomy existence. There are plenty of good reasons to avoid alcohol whether you’re a minor or an adult. Alcohol can lead to a variety of healthy problems, including some that may end in death. Alcohol can worsen social anxiety, general anxiety, and depression.
