Get Active to Feel Happier and Healthier!

It may seem “easy” to turn to alcohol and other drugs for a sense of peace and happiness, but one of the best ways you can feel fulfilled and happy is to simply get active! Drugs have devastating, harmful effects, but participating in team sports can provide you with health, happiness, social interaction, and a sense of self accomplishment without all those harmful side effects. Team sports may not be your thing, but why not try something more independent? Join a gym! Check out a yoga class! Try martial arts! Find something that you love to do and get active with others. Get that natural high and don’t resort to drugs!
